In Their Own Words
I remember my first day with Nonna's like it was yesterday. I was unsure of where I would fit in, but it didn't take long to realize I had joined something special. Being surrounded by a team that not only builds each other's confidence but forms bonds that feel like family made all the difference for me. Over the years, I've spent countless hours perfecting my craft — from learning behind the bar to even bussing tables alongside Kyle Greene himself. Those moments showed me that no task is beneath anyone here, and they gave me a real sense of purpose, belonging, and motivation to grow in my career.
My pride in this brand comes from the comfort, respect, and passion shared by the hardworking people around me every day. Nonna's isn't just another restaurant — it's a family built on love, hospitality, and genuine care for both our team and every guest who walks through the door. The connections made here between our guests and the Nonna's family are truly unforgettable. Grazie!
I am inspired daily working with and for such a diverse group of like minded professionals that strive to provide exceptional hospitality. I eat, sleep and breathe hospitality and working for Kyle G's Oak and Ember allows my talents to shine knowing I am rewarded, appreciated and valued as a team member. I am honored and thankful to be a part of this successful and growing group.
Working for Kyle G's provides a sense of comfort and security that is rarely found in this industry. Our standards are high but are met with ease when we work this hard together to strive to be the best in the business. The sky is the limit and opportunity awaits and that is very exciting to me. Cheers!
I was hired at Nonna's as a server 2.5 years ago. I worked my way up to bartender, then SP. And now I am the sole manager at Nonna's. It has been a wonderful journey in my career and there is so much to look forward to with this company. The people that established themselves here are amazing, and the mentors and friends I have made along the way show what a great place this is. You hear the name everywhere and to say I'm a part of it is truly amazing.
