As a Server Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the kitchen and assisting our Servers in the dining room. It is essential that you maintain an energetic, friendly and caring attitude at all times. It is your responsibility to see that each guest is made to feel special and enjoys our elegant atmosphere, great food, and superb craft cocktails. We take great pride in our hospitality and professional service. Our high standards can only be maintained through great people like yourself who share our values and desire to do the best job possible for our guests each and every day.
Working alongside the servers you will be expected to help track food times, stock tables with proper items needed, bus tables, offer drink recommendations and refills, decanting and selling wine & perform table side service to create an elevated and seamless experience for our Guests. Must have the ability to work on a team in a fast paced high volume environment with multi-tasking and known for bringing exceptional service to work everyday.

BASIC TASKS WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING

  • Maintain professional demeanor, vocabulary, dress, and self presentation.
  • Know & Follow all Laws regarding serving alcoholic beverages.
  • Know & Follow Food and Beverage Safety regulations .
  • Have a strong working knowledge of all table numbers and position points.
  • Learn all menus food, liquor, beer and wine effectively.
  • Be a great team player.
  • Greet guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Keep the dining room and all service areas clean and well stocked.
  • Clean the service areas shiftly/daily as required by your location.
  • Communicate any issues or obstacles to management in a timely professional manner.
  • Be aware of the Five ‘P’s of World Class Service: pride, passion, preparation, professionalism and presentation.
  • Be an ambassador of the Brand.
